Is it possible to make a chord sheet with lyrics? Basically lyrics with chords from the chord library on top of it, so that in case the band wants to change the key I can easily change the key of the "chord & lyrics" sheet as well.
I vaguely remember seeing instructions for a template in Notion 3 a while ago but I can't find it anymore.

If you want to do this, you are going to need to have your vocal melody in the Voscal Staff so that you can put the lyrics into the score. Then, just insert the Chords using the Chord Entry Palette.
