I'm not sure yet but this might be really disasterous if I can't fix it. Everything I try makes it worse. At first it was just skipping 2 measures. Now it's all Cattywompus.

This happens here in the sound isolation studio when I delete measures and am using "Continuous" view, and after a bit of experimenting I discovered that switching from "Continuous" view to "Pages Across" or "Pages Down" view, followed by switching back to "Continuous" view causes the measures to be renumbered correctly . . .
However, I have not seen the numbers jumbled out of sequence like in the screen capture you posted . . .
Instead, what happens is that if I delete a few measures the sequence might be {120, 121, 125, 126, 127, . . . }, so it probably depends on the particular sequence of deleting measures . . .
Try switching from the current view to another view and then back to what was the current view . . .
EXPERIMENT AND VERIFIED SOLUTIONI did a bit of experimenting with NOTION 4 (64-bits) on the Mac, and I was able to reproduce the problem, as shown in the following screen capture:
NOTION 4 (64-bit) ~ Jumbled Measure Numbers ~ Continuous View ~ MacThe solution I described works nicely, and it is very quick. Just toggle the current view to another view; and then toggle the view back to the original view, whatever it might have been. This causes the measures to be renumbered correctly, which is fabulous . . .

NOTE: This is the same NOTION 4 score (see above) but after toggling from Continuous view to Page Across view and then back to Continuous view, which causes the measure numbers to be renumbered correctly . . . ]
NOTION 4 (64-bit) ~ Corrected Measure Numbers ~ Continuous View ~ MacFabulous!
P. S. If you are using the SHIFT + I feature to change instruments or MIDI channels, then you will need to redefine any of the measures where the specific instrument or MIDI channel reverted to the default value for the staff, where in the examples I posted "Ref. 10010" is the default value (which is a piano), but it really should be Marimbas, so toggling the view corrects the measure numbering, but in this instance where I was using SHIFT + I to specify a particular instrument or MIDI channel, after the measures were correctly renumbered I had to respecify the specific instrument or MIDI channel for the affected measures, which is easy to do, really . . .
Really!
