I have constantly the same update each day I open Notion 4.0 ! :shock:

I have 4.0.313 (64bit)

The update is : 4.0.320 (64)

the install works well but seems to be not installed after I reopen Notion (Help/About -> yet 4.0.313 )

Try running Notion as admin and see if the update takes correctly.
