ok so i can print to a pdf on a mac natively
but i have to install a third party print to pdf application to do it on a windows box?
if that is the case its not really an added feature to notion 4 at all is it?

No, not really an added feature. You can install a virtual printer that "prints" files to a pdf format. I don't really mind if Notion 4 doesn't have a Windows equivalent. No reason to reinvent the wheel.

i tried doPDF and the results were terrible.... all blobby looking
and the title of the score was missing also

I use primo pdf, works great. I have also used Adobe and several others, they all actually worked fine. Most likely if you are having problems with the physical output, it's printer settings, not Notion.
