Dear users,
As I used to enter notes via the pc keyboard...
Is it possible to move foward the cursor automatically after I enter a nots ?
Is it possible to use the arrow keys to move the cursor ? (as the manual said in page 8.4 !)
I am looking for a 'Notes entry' mode like Speedy mode in Finale !
Last... when I will find a description of how create my own preset for my own sample libraries ?
I want to add those new libraries in the menu at the right bottom of my screen with all instruments provided by each libraries. And I want to know how to create the 'Rules' file.
Thanks,
Francois, Montreal

Re: Enter Notes & Rests
Note input remains the bottle neck of N3.
Keyboard remains faster than mouse. We need to move the cursor with arrow keys
and input notes as well as modifications like sharp/flat, slurs, tie and others in a continuous way.
The control of different libraries like EWQLSO and VSL is bright. Mixer is good and cute.
The EWQLSO Lite presets is a good addition. The Rewire can be useful for many users.
Although the application remains a x32 one, it's running well on medium size PC.
N3 is also cheaper in price compared to Finale or Sibelius.
Again, for me the note entry remains hightly problematic. I am force to use Finale to compose... in a very faster way !

Totally agree, it lacks cdefgab PC or Mac Keyboard input, still a great interface.
Printing parts also would need a batch procedure
