Notion 4 did not find install the dir in reg ?

Hello,
Idownloaded the Notion 4 today, after download I try to install it but this message appeared :
Notion 4 did not find install the dir in reg ... what this means ? also do I have to install Ntion SLE ? Why the N4 icon doesn't appear ???
