is it possible to signify an a2 "a due" on a staff?

i've just been making another copy of each instrument staff up until now and think it's about time i reduced the clutter

You can specify up to four voices on the same clef, and you can add text remarks, so there are two ways to do it, where the multivoice feature is indicated at the right of the part of the palette where notes are selected, and you see the multiple voices in color via the "Show Voice Colors" item in the "Show" fly-out submenu of the "View" menu, which is fabulous . . .

[NOTE: The multivoice strategy actually plays the notes, so if you want to hear it, this is the best option, but it does no harm to add a text remark as an additional cue. This is a grand piano staff, but if you use a single staff, then the multiple voices are on the single staff, and the color which is displayed for simultaneous notes is the color for the particular voice you have selected at the time, which in this example was the 2nd voice, which is purple. If the 1st voice had been selected, then the simultaneous notes would be black, which is the color for the 1st voice . . . ]
