Options?

The power supply on my main pc just went kablooey. I don't foresee being able to repair it soon and need to work in N3 in the immediate future. N3, from my understanding, comes with 2 licenses (or license for 2 users, whichever), I have one [licensed] to my laptop and one to my main pc (the one with the faulty power supply). Can I transfer one of them to another pc temporarily?
