I don't know much about midi and daw's. Are you using Asio4all. If you are then move the main slider all the way to the right. Also increase the number of buffers. In fact I slide all to hte right and it helps with latency problems. Probably completely wrong but you never know. If you aren't using it it may be worth a try.

Are you using Miroslav as a standalone or integrated with Notion SLE? The virtual midi cables I use are Midi yoke and Maple. Colin

Does SLE not allow you to host other VSTi? I'm still not clear on why you're sending MIDI to Reaper...

You might ask for a discounted price, as MIDI out IS an advertised feature...
