Hide instruments

Hi again,

questions questions questions...

I wonder how I can hide instruments in the score that aren't playing in each system. I found in the User Guide how you hide an instrument for the entire score, but I wanna hide instruments when their not playing, and show them again when they are.

Tools menu: Hide Resting Staves.

Be warned, although the feature is pretty good, but it doesn't always work as it should: If the top staff is resting in any one system, that staff may be displayed if there's a tempo or rehearsal mark in one of the measures. And measure numbers are sometimes hidden along with the (empty) staff they are set to display on (top or bottom).
