Transposing

When transposing a Full Score after selecting All (CTRL + A) only the notes transposes. My piece is in Eflat Major and I want it in D major. As I transpose, the flats are cancelled, and sharps added to notes, but I want the Keysignature to be changed to D major as well. Can someone assist me in this?

If you transpose notes, this not affect the key signature, you have to change it yourself.

Highlight all of your notes by clicking on any open space in the page and hitting Control A. Then right-click on your selection; choose "Tools"; then choose "Transpose."
