Hello,

I just bought the EWQLSO Gold (Play) soundbank and I can not make
work properly with Notion.

The problem I have occurs when I try to load an instrument.
I always encounter a dialog box that says to me, the files are not found.

I click on "Find sample" and indicates the installation directory of the bank but nothing works. The dialog box stays there and I can not use my sound bank.

Someone could come to my rescue?

The answer is there somewhere. I remember correcting the issue, but I don't recall how I did it.

I found somewhere on the forum, a method of opening the files referring to EWQLSO through the installation folder. It says that once you open a file (ex: Violin 1), back up but I do not know how.

I am surprised that such a bug is still not fixed.

Go to the EWQL\PluginData folder. Double click on an insturment, say 32_Wagner_Tubas. When you get the message about sampled not found, navigate to the folder where you installed EWQLSO. Be sure to select the sample content, not the insturments. Once the instument finishes loading, Notion will be open with a blank score. Just do a File/Save, and close Notion.

Repeat for eash instrument.

This is the only technique that works? Since the time when it was reported? But what do the developers as?

It will take me at least two days to do everything ... It is a terrible bug, it makes the sound bank unusable. I bought it for its supposedly compatible with Notion.

It's really not a bug, just the nature of how Play remembers where the samples content is. There's no way to know ahead of time where someone will install it on their system.

Well... no. Do you have the same problems with either Miroslav, GPO, or VSL? If no, then it's a sample specific issue (i.e. it's a problem with Play and not Notion). I've had other projects in other file types (Sonar to be specific) that had the same problem when one file with a Play instance was move between different computers.
