Where is Technical Support?

I logged into what I thought used to be Technical Support and found it moribund — latest questions are from from 2008 — so I tried the web page included in the licence card (http://www.notionmusic.com/support) only to find myself locked out. The Technical Support section of this forum hasn't had a reply posted since before Notion 3 was released. Are you all hiding?

I am just another user here... I had same dilemma at first, finally found a tiny "Here" link at bottom of tech support page that lets you send an inquiry to the tech support folks at Notion. I just put detailed info per questions/problems in the "comments" box and that seemed to get through.

When I submitted my problem/question there I got very quick and effective responses from the Notion tech staff.

I do hope they start using this forum too, it would be most helpful to be able to looksee other users questions and the Notion folks' answers.

That's what I thought. So I hesitated before e-mailing Tech Support . But when I did (using the e-mail address on the Notion 3 Licence Card) I got a prompt reply.
