Stupid Question: How To Create Additional Pages, Measures

I had set Notion aside for many months, now trying to get back to it and I'm stuck on seemingly elementary problem. I've begun writing using the Chamber Orchestra template and when I am ready to extend onto a second page (after 5 measures on the first page) it doesn't seem to want to allow it. It's as if the score ends at the first page and cannot be extended to a second page. I've looked at the manual, done Google searches, and I've thought back on my previous experience with Notion, and nothing seems to anticipate this problem or explain how to overcome it. Suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong?
