I was just about to authorize the CSR Hall Reverb and I keyed in the serial number as it is on the sheet that comes with Notion3. I received a message that said that my serial number is not valid. What can I do?

The authorization of CSR and Amplitube fall under IK Multimedia's umbrella....It can be a bit of a "process" but as long as you follow all of the steps you should be fine. You can contact IK for help with this one....
