convert to notation problems

I downloaded the demo yesterday and I imported a project that I was working on in cubase studio 5. Everything plays back well but when I convert to notation there are lots of notes missing. I tried exporting from cubase again at a higher resolution but I got the same results. Any suggestions?

This is a very nice program and it looks like the developers really care.
If I can get comfortable with it in the next few days I'll be happy to buy it.
