I'm trying to enter a symphonic part for a horn in E. This isn't a possible transposition in the score setup. It goes straight from Eb to F.

I've never realized that, but you're right! There are other notes missing, I wonder why... other than they're less common transpositions. But I once came across a Db piccolo, for example...
The only workaround I can see is actually transposing up a minor sixth the track. It would then play the wrong notes, but look right...
