Another Idea for Notion (Freeze Instruments Column)

I'm using the Full Orchestra sheet and notice that once I move to the right side of the sheet, I can no longer see the instruments on the left. I'm going to buy a 27-inch monitor in the near future and maybe the extra real estate will help. Then again, not everyone owns or is interested in buying a 27-inch monitor. If the sheet is zoomed out, it becomes too small to work with. So the ability to freeze the instruments column similar to Microsoft Excel's ability to freeze columns, but still allow the rest of the column to be scrolled. To do this in Excel 2010, go to 'View', then select 'Freeze Panes' and you will see options, including the ability to freeze the first column. This will allow scrolling while the column remains frozen. This is especially helpful when working with a large spreadsheet. Similarly, I think this would be helpful for Notion users. It's tedious to have to scroll to the left to see the instruments list and then scroll back to where you left off. Freezing will also provide the ability to work right next to the instruments list or work as many measures that are viewable. I would put this option in 'View' and make a shortcut.

Yes, please.
Once upon last July, someone wrote:
Split screen
A way to split screen- in Excel flavour - when in continous view.
Useful on hundred-bars works.

I mean, going beyond freezing first column (useful indeed), to be able to part the score window at a desidered point.
Maybe? Someday?

You know Continuous view does this already?

Yes it does! Thanks for that excellent tip.

But I'm still going to buy a 27" monitor.
