NOTION Music Forum

Hi All,
I have issue with exporting songs to midi files. after this proccess I obtain midi file where whole string section is one track (looks like Notion combines Violins I,II, Violas, Cellos, DBasses) to one midi track. Rest of instruments are OK.

how to fix this (I mean , how to have all of them on separated tracks)???

any advice???

Hi Piotr, I think this issue is known. I have this workaround: 1. Export to XML 2. Import with Finale Printmusic (low cost version of Finale) 3. Export to midi. Maybe you have another program capable to import MusicXML-files and to export midi.
