Although the hide/show feature in the setup window is fairly straight-forward, it could be friendlier. It would be nice if viewing all the staffs in a section were as easy as viewing sections in the mixer, where you can get to what you want in two clicks. The click-on option in the setup window does give you the ability to view unique groups of instruments, which is important. But its very clunky if you wish to quickly switch between, say, strings and woodwinds.

Failing something more elaborate, what about a simple toggle in the score setup view that would allow you to uncheck all the staffs in a score and then check the ones you want? In a long score, the check buttons beside each staff become so slow in response that it's quite cumbersome to use them.
