I am looking at buying NotionSLE GPO but on the features page it says:

"NOTION SLE is designed for single library and includes all other NOTION3 features with the exception of the London Symphony Orchestra library and other bundled samples. No support for VST instruments outside of the intended library."

does this mean I cannot use the VST interface for any other instrument or effect or:

it will run other VST's but does not include the performance mapping for any other sound libraries?

SLE versions only works for the library they are designed to.
You can't run other VST instruments but I guess you can apply
VST effects.
