Gentlemen,
I'm just been alerted that update 280 is available for download.
It is shortly said that LSO looped sounds have been updated (woodwinds and brass).
Do I need to download them separately?
Thank you.

Yes.....you should get a dialog window for "update sounds" and go to the page linked there.

Then select the instruments listed in the "update sounds" dialoge.

Dialogue window showed up eventually.
This is a big step forward from last time: we weren't given to know which instruments
were involved in upgrade. Thank you. ;)

Ps May I suggest to go further for automating the prox download next time?

My installation of N3 does not allow me to update over the internet. I continue to get error 259, unable to connect to server. This is on Win 7. All other programs I own update fine over the internet except N3.
I understand that there are bigger problems for you to consider, but I would like this feature to work.

Any Win 7 users bitten by this bug? If so, please tell me what you do to fix it.

Snorlax.

I only see 277 on the download site. Am I on someone's list?

I downloaded a ton of stuff, and I get a "boost: file system: remove: access denied" message when I try to install.

I updated to the new build and the dialog window appeared with the sounds which need an update.
So these sounds have to be updated a manually ?
Thats a lot of work, is there a way to download them in one single file or so ?
