Shift +E is not changing the enharmonic spelling of notes for me. Anyone else experience this?

It is working for me, but I have to have the cursor at the exact right spot over the note, actually I would like it to be more responsive (have a bigger effect area) so it wouldn't be so hard to find the right spot.
