Minimising Notion on a Mac

Ok so in Notion 2 on a Mac Mini, when you minimise a score, it won't return when you click on it in the dock (as is the standard procedure), though it does when you click on the Notion icon. Once un-minimising I usually find that the score cannot be edited or anything (until the application is closed down and restarted). Is this a problem on all macs and is it solved in Notion 3?

Good :)

On a similar note, there is a thing with the 'All windows' and 'Application Windows' hot corners on a Mac, when if you have several scores up at once, they are reduced in size and separated in front of you so you can choose the window you want - the problem being that you can't switch to another score document this way as it always reverts to the score you had in front anyway. Has this been fixed in N3, too?
