Before this sample interface, how were VSL samples loaded? Did they have another sample interface or did they use the giga interface?

Via a dedicated sample player they bundled for free (the newest is at $125).

You can see the old interface in some of the Notion tutorials.

the new player is AWESOME. The samples sound even better and the player includes polyphonic legato as well as built in verb which is clean (I suspect from their Vienna spaces or whatever that is).

...sounds like a great upgrade within the VSL system itself. Can someone who has also gotten it working within Notion please share your experience, what (if any) tweaks were necessary to get them working smoothly together? Does it work well with Notion's builtin VSL presets as is, were there any new config params that need to be added to Notion?

I'm probably going for it (heck only $125 is very inexpensive for such desirable functionality), just wondering about the current state of immediate integration with Notion (which I imagine would probably be getting updated soon by folks at NotionMusic if necessary anyway).
