2 q's from potential new user (about the sounds)

Hi,
never heard of Notion until I stumbled upon an announcement for Notion3 somewhere. So far it looks really promising and I am anxious to try out the demo. I have 2 question on forehand though:
-Will there be a version available without the sound library?
As an owner of VSL-SE and plenty of other libraries, I actually have not much need for the sound library, even though it will probably be great . I also already own the full versions of the included IK products. Mostly I use my GM synth when making scores anyway - I just need to hear what I am scoring. When I'm creating something that has to sound nice I use Cubase. So I my question is if there will be a 'lite' version (which maybe also cheaper ), without the 10gb's of sounds but just the scoring program? I am probably not the only one not needing the sounds, so maybe you have thought about this already?
-Will the included effects and sounds be available for other VST-hosts?
If there isn't an option available to not buy the included instruments, will I be able to use them in other hosts? Like Cubase, in my case?
Thanks!
