Bass trombone plays incorrect notes

Some of the bass trombone notes play back at the wrong pitches (though only at certain dynamics).

I've attached a Notion file demonstrating the problem, and an mp3 of what I hear.

Pretty weird. I'm assuming you've already submitted in a bug report, correct?

Hi Guys,

I apologize for the issue with the Bass Trombone. We are aware of the issue and will have it resolved in the next update. In the meantime, you can copy that one .prox file off of your DVD and replace your current one with it. Here is what you need to do:

1. Go into the Sounds folder on your DVD and copy the Bass Trombone .prox file.

2. Go into your */Sounds/Bundled folder and paste/replace your current bass trombone file.

3. Open the program and go to File(NOTION on Mac)>Preferences and click on the Audio tab. Press the button that reads "Choose..." and then press "Select." This will reload the sounds.

4. When you open the program, you can uncheck the box on the sounds update window so you don't get prompted to download the Bass Trombone everytime you open the program.

Great, thanks for the workaround. I won't have access to my DVD for a couple of weeks*, but when I do I'll give it a go.



* (I'm at university at the moment, and my DVD is at my parents' house)
