I paste here a mail I've just sent to Notion support. Maybe someone here has encountered the same problem ? :
After some ten days with the Demo version, I received this morning the full box version I have ordered.
Before installing, I first uninstalled the Demo version.
The installation was successful. I followed successfully the activation procedure. The software was fully operational, I could open the sample files (Astinov, Haendel, etc ...) with all the sounds, and I was able to perform some personnal trials. I was very happy that everything went so easily.
Then at the end of installation it was offered to me to download and install the latest version.
I agreed, but after installing this new version, upon restart I found back the startup screen "Demo", which asks me again to activate.
I therefore renew the activation.
But now every time I launch Notion it is always the Demo version that opens and asks me to activate, and I have lost all the instruments previously installed. In fact I find that I completely lost my full version.
What can I do ? Do you think I must uninstall and re-install from the original DVD ? And if so, what about samples that took a so long time to install first ?
Thanks for your help, I thought after a proper install I would be finally able to make music, so I'm very disappointed by that issue..."
