Is that not possible in Notion?

Place a text box under the 1st Ending. That seems to be a "workaround". I just tried it out and this is what I got. Your first example is not currently possible becasue the Repeat Sign engages the Repeat endings.

But the point isn't the text, it's the second house standing alone.
Or customizing the house-number.
And, can I set the length of the first house as I want?
Without a repeat?

No, there is no capability for that. I think what you are trying to do can be accomplished with the DC and DS capability, rather than with the repeat endings. As I stated before, the repeat sign engages the 1st and 2nd ending functionality.
