Cannot edit CC11 expression data on sequencer staff

I am sorry if this has already been mentioned elsewhere. But I think I have found a missing feature that is mentioned in the manual but doesn't appear to work in Notion. On page 267 of the manual it says:
"Controller Changes - Controller Changes can be recorded into the sequencer staff. These controller
changes can be edited by selecting the data you want to edit, and using the Up and Down Arrows to
raise and lower the value. Left and Right Arrows move the location of the CC Data as well."

However when I select an individual CC11 controller change line which I have played in using my modwheel, you cannot raise and lower this value by using the up and down arrows. Any idea when this feature will be implemented?
