Question regarding Palm Muting
I am working on a blues song that utilizes finger-picking. The first part is a melodic part played over a palm-muted drone bass note. I have entered the melodic notes as voice one and the bass notes as voice two. The issue is that when I mark the bass notes as palm-muted it also mutes the melodic notes in voice one. I know that I can create each part on a separate staff so that it plays back correctly, but I would like to use a single staff so that I can create tablature. Does anyone know how to accomplish this with Notion 4?

Re: Question regarding Palm Muting
I received an answer from Notion Technical Support. I am posting it here in hopes of helping others.
--- This is Brian from NOTION Music Technical Support. Thanks for the email. I'm
sorry but the palm-mute is a global command that will affect all of the voices in a
staff. One solution would be to create one score for playback and another for
printing. You could then separate out the two voices into two staves. --
