barlines on multi measure rests

Postby bjorndobbelere » Tue Dec 18, 2012 6:10 pm

In dynamic part view, wherever there is a multi measure rest where a tempo marking is made in the first bar of that section in the full score, the preceding bar line is omitted in the dynamic part ... does anyone know why, and how to solve it?

Ok, I figured out it's the double bar line (not the "final bar line) that causes the bug. But why? It seems strange that a key change or tempo indication can not be announced with a double bar line. If you use the double bar line, and e.g. the flute does not play for 17 bars after that, and the multi measure rest feature is on, the double bar line will just be omitted in the dynamic part view!

Oh, and, while using multi measure rests ... if there is a rit. or accel that happens during that multi measure rest, for some reason, that marking will appear at the beginning of the staff in dynamic part view, and therefor not related to the place where it actually happens. Hope you understand.
