move notes by multi and copy without transpose

I have 2 questions.

1) How can I select notes and move these notes in the same time with the mouse ?

2) I want to copy staffs Cellos exactly on the same lines for the Double Bass but without transposing to have the same writing for the 2 lines ?

ok I have the solution for the 1) select a block of notes and using Arrow up or down.

Answer for no.2):

- select the cello music and copy.
- paste selection into bass staff. Leave the pasted music highlighted.
- press cmd-shift-down arrow (Mac) or ctrl-shift down arrow (Win).
