Moving and flipping

I'm still new to all this but so far enjoying and appreciating the relative ease of using Notion. It seems to me that the sooner I get the hang of keystrokes the quicker it'll al get! My question is about moving and flipping. How (example) can I reposition rests in a measure where voice 1 and 2 are both being used? Or (example) how can I flip accents from below the notes to above the notes? In both cases the right-hand button menus don't seem to be able help.
