I usually export from Notion or Sieblius into .aiff, load the whole thing into Logic Pro, master it a bit and then export as mp3.
Right at the moment, this is broken in the 64 bit version (will be fixed), bit starting Logic in 32 bit mode does the trick.

This, according to Lubo in another thread, is a known bug and will be fixed in the next update.

Mm, there may be a preference issue.
Try running Notion with administrator rights, maybe it will work then.
I use OSX, so I have no idea what could be the cause...

There are at least a dozen topics about this. Additionally it is explained in the manual that came with the software.
The noise comes from the IK Multimedia plugins which you need to authorise.
The serial numbers are included with Notion as is a tutorial on how to do this.
