Hi,
I've bought Dimension strings from VSL. It's great. I was wondering if anyone has tips how to get this working with Notion?

Best regards,

Re: Convert imported Midifile to notation wrong note values

Hi Admin, It's strange, it suddenly converted well. I did change something with the record settings, duration and velocity and suddenly it seems to work. But I donot know that's the cause. I've tried to replicate the conversion problem but without success. I have no clue what it is. What I do: File,...

Re: Convert imported Midifile to notation wrong note values

Hi admin, Here is the midifile I've downloaded from internet. But the testfile I've made in Logic also gave quarter notes instead of 16th notes. Logic seems to convert the midifile OK. There must be some setting in Notion that give me this conversion because you don't have the problem with it. Frieda

Re: Keyboard note entry

Hi,

By the way, you can use the keyboard entering the notelength w(whole),q(quarter), e(8th), s(16th),t(32th)

Re: Convert imported Midifile to notation wrong note values

Dear Admin,

Here is the Notion file, if you convert it to notation what do you get? Has Notion maybe a setting with something as the smallest quantize notevalue?

Re: Convert imported Midifile to notation wrong note values

Hi admin, First I downloaded a midifile from the internet. It gave the above problem. So I made a testfile in Logic pro, Quantisized the notelength in the pianorolleditor with the knob Q. This file I import in Notion. Unfortuantely it gave the same problem. I will try with the transform function but...
