Re: entering chord symbols

Enter your whole note in layer one. Switch to layer two, and enter (for example) two, half rests. Now you can attach the chords to the rests, and hide the rests. The chords remain.

Re: help! How to enter multi-voice on piano staff on notion

You very rarely need them for choral work, but it's not uncommon in piano scores. It's nice to have the workaround!

And responding to Guillermo, I don't think there is any way to tweak the rest position.

Re: help! How to enter multi-voice on piano staff on notion

How did you do that!?

I know the desktop version can use more voices, but not the iPad.

Re: Bug with entering text

If they are going to be remapping keys, I would much rather they move a hyphen to the first level keyboard! (Already sent in as a feature request.)

Re: easy way to back up all files?

If you want your backups off the iPad (a good idea!), then I think you have the solutions, already.

Re: Notion for iPad Updates and Changelog

Very, very happy! You've instituted just about everything I need. Love the combined note and rest palette. It looks like you've also changed the way some things are done (unless I was doing them wrong in the beginning!) and I find it a lot more intuitive. Great job, and thanks. A little bit more &qu...

Re: Can I Edit Guitar Chord Diagrams?

Yes, I'm pretty sure that's correct. A possible solution (I don't have the desktop version, so I can't check.) Can you create a doc in the desktop version, with your new chords, and import it into the iPad version? Then, could you use that as a template when starting new charts? Or export a doc form...

Re: Printing from ipad

And if you don't have an AirPrint printer, look at PrinterPro.

http://support.readdle.com/ppd/

If it's a single page, you can do it through the clipboard, but anything longer has to go via email. IWBN if Notion would handle PrinterPro natively, but maybe sometime in the future...
