Re: Where to place translation?
You can enter a text box anywhere in your score that is above or below a staff. Just the text tool located on the first pane in the palette. If you are writing in paragraph form, you can use a text box for each line.

The NOTION iPad app will not allow you to open two scores at one time to combine them. You can do this in the full desktop version of NOTION. Hello,
It is not possible to change the instrument in the mixer. The sounds are loaded and the correct clef is added to the program when you change your instrument in the score setup window.

Re: Trouble with selecting
Once you press the select button in the palette, you should get a little blue bar where your cursor was. You can then drag the dot at the bottom as long as you would like to to highlight your notation.

If you want to use the velocity overdub, you will have to write the chords out rather than using the rhythm slashes. I will be sure to log the issue with our development team.
