I have a similar problem with getting the volume level up to the range of other .wav files. The comparison with the sound track could be heavily affected by the likely use of heavy compression, however. What do you mean by this:

What I think Francois is saying is that the "Transpose key signatures" check box seems to have no effect on key signatures. This is the case whether you have all the parts set in concert key or not.

Nor was it my experience this occurred with an imported score. But I've only had it happen in on one score and haven't replicated the problem when I've tried to do a test. So I will just see what happens in the future.
