Re: Miroslav Philharmonik

you need to close the program and re-launch it. Then you will see the presets. The same thing happened to me when I was beta testing it. I also have Miroslav and Notion3 works well with it.

Re: EWQLSO

Lubo one question- to load an entire orchestra template using Platinum Plus is quite memory hungry- I have 8 gb of RAM but I sense that Notion3 cannot access all that RAM due to the 32 bit 3 gb memory limit. Any suggestions as to get around this?

Dave- loving N3 nonetheless.

Re: N3 Samples

THey are not new but rather edited from the original sampling sessions to be close mic'd from what I understand from Lubo. I agree that some of the samples are terrific while the oboe and flute are almost indistinguishable in tone from one another. But hey, it's a ver. 1.0 so there are bound to be s...

Re: Back from the land of Sibelius 5 and Finale 20

Believe it or not, N3 works in Snow Leopard. in fact, ironically, better than Leopard thus far.

Re: Notion 3

I'm currently enjoying using it with EWQLSO Platinum. I never quite understood why EW was so lauded because I never could get it to sound quite right using sequencers. Now that I can input notes into N3 the traditional way, I can enjoy the sonic realism and awesomeness of EWQLSO. I also have VSL Vie...

Re: Bridging the gap between notation software and

Hey Kyle. I use DP6 these days for film scoring mostly because its realtime transcription to notation is scary-good. Very accurate even with complex tuplets. however, I know more and more people who are using Sibelius 6 to directly score their films with. I must confess that I also have Sibelius 6 a...

Re: We need Beta testers for NOTION3!!

I am totally down with this. I have been dying for some additional features in NOTION and would love to be able to participate. Also, I am a Mac guy so I am sure you'll need some of us fellows...
