Re: Real time record

This feature is very difficult to arrange. For the time being we have made it possible for users to use external devices. There is talk about this feature being added, but it will take quite a bit of time to get to. There are some limitations to the processing power on the iPad that make this diffic...

Re: Problems with keyboard using USB-to-Host

I am not certain why you are losing connectivity with your MIDI Controller. Try going to File>Preferences>MIDI. Make sure that the keyboard is registering to Notion in this window by clicking on the device that you are using. Also, from what I understand from this post, it seems that you might be us...

Re: key-switch NOTE-OFF

I understand your point, and yes, it happens virtually at the same time. That is why the XML works. Order of operations causes nominal delay in time. I can understand that you may want to turn your Key-Switches off. I have not run into a situation where this was ever necessary because my polyphony w...

Re: Accents on Top - Stem up

It seems that it is not possible at this time. I will submit a ticket for this issue. Many types of attachments like slurs and even your text boxes can be moved up, but it appears that articulations cannot. Articulations should be added to the list of items that can be moved to above or below the st...

Re: Reaper Issue - Pretty Sure It's Me...

Sounds like you need to route the ouput of the Reaper channels to the Master fader. Notion is sending out to Reaper. Reaper receives the input from Notion. Reaper needs to output to its master. I am not sure how to get this to happen, but it is in Reaper.

Re: key-switch NOTE-OFF

Notion sends Note Offs when you use custom rules. The point of these messages, are to tell Notion when to send a key switch. Sometimes it is useful to send the keyswitch at different points when the notes are being played. Here is an example: Say you have a sustain patch for a trumpet that you want ...
