Well, I suppose it depends what programmes we're all using. But, for me, none I use is as buggy as Notion. It's true they're bugs I can live with, but they're annoying nonetheless!

Re: Transposition bug ?
For some reason Notion won't transpose the initial key signature - only subsequent key changes. So you have to change it manually. (At least, in my experience. And I have a feeling this was discussed before and others said the same.)

Anyway, as to the question of why some instruments have a continuous gliss and some don't, you have to consider that many instruments are incapable of a continuous one - piano, woodwind, and most brass, for example.
