Re: Using Miroslav with N3
Hi Joerg: Thanks for your reply. After speaking with tech support for two hours on the phone and at the end of it all getting nowhere with this issue, I had quite frankly given up on getting to use the multi timbral capabilities inherent with Miroslav and hoped that someday they would address it (or...

Re: Using Miroslav with N3
OK....I went back to the manual and went through the instructions for using a multi-channel vsti. But after putting about 2 hours into trying to do it, going over the instructions again and again, I can only conclude that it doesn't work for Miroslav. The "original" channel plays the corre...

Re: Using Miroslav with N3
Thanks for the responses... I have looked at the VST tutorials...but unless I am missing something (which is very possible), I don't think N3 as it stands can do what I need it to do with Miroslav (i.e., utilizing Miroslav's own mixer to help limit the number of instances open, thus enabling my 3gig...

Using Miroslav with N3
One of the reasons I was attracted to Notion's website is that I had seen references the just-announced Notion Miroslav SLE on another board, and when I realized that Notion 3 was already set up to handle Miroslav's articulations I got the demo (as Miroslav is the symphonic sample set I use)...after...

Re: Midi Exporting
Thanks for responses... I actually found that I probably hadn't always been locating my cursor at the first bar before exporting midi and doing so indeed helped...but didn't completely solve my problem. I am still finding that my exported midi files are often missing half of the first bar (which is ...

Midi Exporting
Apologies in advance if this has been covered already... When i export midi from N3 and into a DAW/sequencer it doesn't come out accurately. What I've been doing (similar to what I've been doing when importing midi data) is exporting to Finale first as XML file, and then into sequencer. Is this expo...

Re: Could Notion give an update about Midi input fixin
In many ways I am thrilled with Notion...I actually find, for myself anyway, that real-time midi playing transcription works extremely well. However, I also find that when importing midi, the transcription often winds up throwing in all those extra unnecessary rests, just like the example above. As ...
