I'm not sure how to fix the chords/16th note problem but as to the left hand/right hand, this is best fixed in Reason. Create a second track on a separate MIDI channel. Cut the left hand notes from the original track and paste them into the new track and export the MIDI file as Type 1. Notion will ...
