Piano damper re-pedaling

Is there a way to insert a piano damper re-pedaling (quick up-and-down when changing the harmony)? I've found a custom rule for that, but I'm wondering if there's a way to do it with a default Notion installation.

I'm evaluating Notion 3 (3.2.9960) and I've discovered a strange behavior, it looks like a bug to me.
