It seems SP1 sucks more memory Ram , and it seems to be a problem with too many instances of Altiverb... but I'm not sure.

No way, it's not a problem of the audio buffer ! It' s a problem of Notion with VI ( Vienna Instruments), the playback is OK if I charge the sounds in VE ( Vienna Ensemble) preset. Hi antoncct, I have no problems exporting this file on my end here.... This problems seems configuration related, not NOTION related. Maybe try increasing your buffer size in VSL? Just a suggesdtion, it may work. Also if your samples are on external drive, make sure it is fast enough to handle play...
