Fermata bug ?

I am not so sure if this is a bug in the program or if it is just me doing something wrong. When I enter a fermata (hold), Notion would hold the note such marked correctly, but the subsequent notes would then play quickly, almost as iff Notion is trying to make up for the time lost during the fermat...

Music books online in pdf

Upon my aimless surfing and searching on the internet, I came accross these. I am sure many Notion users already have these books in their libraries, but I thought it might be usefull for some. Fingered tremolo / shakes

When I enter a fingered tremolo / shakes in my score the playback does not seem to interpret this correctly. Upon playback Notion just plays a single chord on the piano. This behaviour does not seem to be consistent and I am not sure how to make Notion repeat the problem. Sometimes when I use this t...

Adding and deleting bars

I worked through the pdf manual now and I hope that I will remember most things. As I am working on my first score that I am doing from scratch with Notion I am very impressed with the ease of the work flow. Most things are very obvious to find. I am however getting to the odd things that I just do ...

Re: How do I set up rewire in Notion?

Thanks Lubo When I set up Notion as a slave from Sonar it works fine. Sonar only works as host, so I can not test it the other way round. I can even get it to work with Sonar as host to both Notion and Vocaloid (which is pretty cool with 3 aps running in sync). But with Notion as host it do not work...

How do I set up rewire in Notion?

I am having no success in setting up rewire in Notion. The instructions in chapter 9.14 / 9.15 does not give me any joy. I own the vocaloid 1 and 2 vocal synthesis plug ins. After enabling rewire in the options screen I am able to add a channel in the mixer screen as indicated, but that is how far I...

Export to midi

Can Notion export the appropriate controlers (CC11) for crescendo dynamics marks when I export to midi?

If not, may I be so bold as to suggest for a possible future enhancement that such an option is included?
