Re: Garritan not working in Notion 4
Joe, you have to manually insert the GPO sounds in the ARIA player slots. Click on a staff where you have chosen to use GPO, press Ctrl-I ("I" as in "Instrument"). You should see the ARIA player interface appear. Then populate the slots with sounds (at least the first one). You s...

Re: Wish list: option to hide channel strips
Thank you for your reply. Same type of solution: maybe a group button could be added to show/hide mixer strips associated with hidden staves? Thanks

Notion 4 template vs master/slave VEPRO5
I have two networked Win64 computers each running VSL VEPRO5 Server 64bit. "A" is the master and "B", more powerful (64GB RAM, 12 x SSDs) is the slave with all my libraries. I don't want to run everything on the same machine for different reasons. In Notion 4 I created a template...

Wish list: option to hide channel strips
I use a large template and I often hide unused instrument staves when not in use or auxiliary staves. I don't want to delete them in case I'll need them later or because they are already associated to VEPRO templates. An option to hide single channel strips would be nice. Could be a global button th...

Re: Is Notion 4 compatible with ReWire 2 ?
Being able to assign rules by staff should address this problem. Assuming we ever get that function. Just a thought: wouldn't it be better to assign rules at the voice level instead of at the staff level, since a single can contain several instruments (voices). For example one could assign VSL Flut...

So I guess we are all waiting for that elusive "Shift-Y" function, right?
