composerwithnotion3 wrote:guess not.....which sucks. Have similar tuning problems with the violin in EWQL as well, so it's not a problem only found in the N3 sample library.

Re: multi-voice real time recording

I think that what I want to do is actually much simpler, i.e. as a pianist learning to arrange for piano, for now, I just compose in two parts, one for the treble clef and one for the bass. Must I use different voice colours to do that? If I'd record more than 2 parts, I'd just use additional instru...

multi-voice real time recording

I am writing for piano, I record the top part by selecting a split-point at C, then the bass with a split-point at C5. I still don't understand how to record more than 2 voices. Re: cresc for piano score is not audible

I am also learning how to use the velocity overdub feature....looks like a really impressive feature as I find it very hard to get the right dynamics with a sampled piano compared to the real thing

dynamic markings for piano

when I look at other pianist's notation, I see that they write the p, mp, ff, etc, between the treble and the bass clefs, exactly in the middle. But when I write them in Notion, I can only write them either at the bottom of the treble clef, or the top of the bass clef. How do I write a single dynami...
